Most certainly this is a caring group of people ... immeasurably.

Looking at your profile, .. one big question comes to mind ... are you under a doctor's care for depression/anxiety, etc? For clinical/major depression, .. that is quite necessary. It is treatable, .. but widely known to NOT be self treatable.

In any case .. welcome to DS ... EVERYONE here cares ... about YOU.
