yeah cant sleep did not take an sleeping pill for to days why cant i go to sleep i'm all ways thinking over time ,,,

Fighting my way through stuff myself now, so feel your pain. I find talkback radio distracts me and eases me off to sleep sometimes, distracts me from my chaotic thoughts eventually. Do you have anything that might calm your inner turmoil?

Do you have prescription sleep medicine? My husband takes natural products--melatonin, calcium magnesium, and L-triptophan. I take Ambien and Lexapro.

just got my new presription
of ambian today, they work for me ,sometimes i will purposely not take them, becuase they are very addictive , but they do help me when i'm in over drive thinking about kids ,wieght ,my life...
