How can I get into a psychiatic hospital for morbid depression without mixing xanax,ambien, seraquil and 12 beers? If I go that route I might get a ride from Sterling Heights police. The back seat is harded plastic plus being handcuffed behind your back. These cops don`t have the decentsy to handcuff you in the front. I could always choose the ambulance.

I would think a simple call to 911 would get you INTO ER. From there, you MIGHT get to a psych hosp .. depends on how well you convince them you need one.

I would go that route before hurting yourself. I would go ANY route before hurting yourself.

I would call 911 or go into the ER like WanderingVet said. That seems to be the safest route.

hun the ER is used to people mixing drugs and alcohol together... don't be scared to get help.. be scared not to get help.. if you are in a crisis then go... please.... it will be ok and they can help you. this is what they are trained to do... i don't think this would be any reason to arrest you unless you were driving a car.. please go for help.... xxxxx

it is against the law to possess illegal prescriptions drugs.

It is against the law to be under the influence of prescription drugs .. legal or not. It is called 'UNDER THE INFLUENCE'.

If anyone is suspected of being 'under the influence' of ANYTHING they are VERY subject to arrest .. or at least cuffed and put in a squad car. From there they can go straight to ER OR JAIL.

Do not overdose .. FOR ANY REASON. Call 911 and tell them you need to get to the ER because you are suicidal. .. they will send police and if you are not resistant or violent, they will take you to ER or get you an ambulance.

Do NOT go under the influence.

The city I live in Sterling Heights Michigan it is procedeure to handcuff you and take you to the hospital. 2 years ago my neighbors petitioned me for being manic. The second time I called 911 The police offered a ride to the hospital. I wasn't under arrest. That is just the procedure to transfer a suicidal person to the hospital. I`m not going to OD tonight. If I do in the future I would choose the ambulance.

is there not a crisis hotline u can call? i called them, then had a moblie crisis unit come to my home and they sent met to the ER.that is what got me into the hospital

I want to go to the hospital. I don`t want to mix beer and my xanax.abien and seraquil. I was thinking if I put 20 pills in one bottle. tell them I`m sucidal and as a last tell them I`m gonna take all these pills. I live in nichigan and lost my liscense in 2005. It cost like $3000 to get your liscence back. Having no drivers license make me feel like a nobody. I wish I could hack into Michigans database and activate my drivers license. At least we a getting rid of are bitch ho govenor Jennifer Granholm. I`m pretty sure that we will vote for a republican for govenor.
