Would anyone recommend coming off these? I have gone up to 30mg of mine and worry that they have started to make me worse. They helped out in the beginning but I think they might be making me bad again. I am deffo afraid of coming off them in case I am worse

If they helped in the beginning you may just need a med tweak.
30mg doesn't seem like a lot but it depends on which drug you're taking.

I would ask your doctor. I was on prozac for three months and did not feel sad or tired at all. i was coming from a bad place. I stopped taking them cold turkey and i was okay after that. They got me through the rough patch but never got back to the place I was before.

I think i was taking a risk doing it cold turkey so i would go to my doctor and he/she would have you reduce them slowly.
