do you have a litter box for the kitty. it might help especialy if she is pregnant and might feel vulnerable going outside or she could be sick too.usualy cats dont "go" outside of their box. so thats all that i can think of i hope you kitty is ok...........

she may have worms, have you wormed her? Also is the cat male or female? cats do that sometimes to mark territory especially male cats. Is she is prgnant (doh that just answered my male or female question.....idiot)
you will be able to feel the kitten by gently feeling her tummy and also her teats will be rather promenate. Other than all that make sure she has a litter box.

if she goes in and out the dogggy door to use the bathroom then there may have been another reason why she didn't do that and decided to go on yur bed. maybe have a litter box in the house at nite for back up. There maybe a reason, another cat, etc threatening that made her insecure. Also during her preggy time, its so uncertain because of her nesting instinct is also comin into play here. Can you go get her checked out by a vet just to make sure she's ok? In anyways, she was trying to definently tell yu something by layin that one right out on yur bed, she asking yu to sit up and take notice about something. have yu made her her own little dark place back in a closet or something and put her there, leave a crack in the door, so shell be able to go in and out that's her safe place and maybe feel she's safe to have her kittens there?

If a female cat has a bladder infection (common with cats) she will piss in inappropriate places...I don't know why. But I had a female cat that would piss in my sons toyboxes, the tub, or anywhere else she felt like...after treating her with antibiotics for a bladder infection, she stopped pissing everywhere and went in the litter pan. I would take her to the vet and have her checked.

toilet training cats can be quite frustrating. Most manuals/guides and vets will recommend that 5 mins after they eat you pick them up and place them in their litter box. Each time you see the kitten sniffing around in a corner do the same thing, pick them up and place them in their litter box. They need to learn this by repetition until it becomes a natural habit.

For some reason all my cats (they've all been tortoise shells) have used the bathtub...dunno why cos I didn't teach them to although I do admit that their litter box was in the bathroom.

PS: if she is pregnant then they will seek a warm dark place to give birth like your sports bag that you leave lying around (in my case...sigh) so preparing a birthing place like a box laid with towels might be a good idea.

Not sure about that. call the vet and see what they think. I had a cat that had babies on our bed while we were sleeping. I quickly got up and moved her and the baby so she could have the rest of them.

Try a litter box hon. Once kitties come in they may not want to go back out.
