Have been crying almost all day long...Cant seem to stop and have no idea what it's about.

I had that happen to me for a month when I was in my 30 ' s . I took liquid trace minerals and calcium magnesium and it went away within a few weeks.

Have you had any injurys lately that may have caused this?

My crying for no reason episode started after my bad fall on my back. I had someone tell me the crying episode was from injuring my sympathetic nervous system.

I hope you start drying up those tears. It is not fun on the sinuses, all that congestion is the pits

This is so ironic because I was listening to a program, well, actually, half listening, that there is actually a name for people who cry and can't stop, as well as people who start laughing and can't stop. I wish I would have paid more attention and written it down. Maybe you can find it under Wikipedia. Maybe look under excessive crying and see what comes up. And just an added note: Sometimes it feels good just to cry it out, and the tears are good for your skin! Hugs GB

    Many of you know Mr K told me to "shut your mouth" in March 2025 when we took a road trip to Alpena Michigan. Since that time, we have had lots of ups and downs but I have never intentionally hurt Mr K in anyway.
