Same thing applied to me while I was single. I just thought that any girl I was attracted to was out of my league. I married my first wife because no one else would put up with her. Biggest mistake of my life. You've got a lot in your court. Add a little self esteem to your mix and you'll have to knock the guys away with clubs. (Some will deserve it).

Self esteem is where it's at. Not something that can be faked. Learn it. You are worth it. :)

I guess I just don't know how to build self esteem. I wish I did. I want to fix this. I want to love myself. My whole self.

secondly, it wouldn't hurt to care about your appearance, if just for your own sake. but also for guys. I mean you want a guy who's clean, got his life together, etc. etc. Why can't you look good for him? as a nice thing to do..

As far as wanting a guy goes.... Wanting a guy doesn't make you inferior. It doesn't meant you need his approval. Even God says "it is not good for man to be alone, therefore I will make him a woman.."

Wanting a guy is natural. don't beat yourself up over it

That, of course, is the trick. I have no magic tricks in that regard.

All I can say for sure is that you ARE worth it. I think that each individual must prove to themselves exactly in what way they are worth it. Remain confident that it is true, and the the truth with find a way to prove it to you.

You are a doll hon. You truly are. Lots of women have a hard time being single. For some reason they have a NEED that requires there to be a man to fill. Enjoy this time to yourself. Do some soul searching and be happy with who you are. Mr. Right will come along..and when he does..you will know exactly what it is in a man that you expect.

all of this matters because we all want companionship, someone to hang with, who loves us for who we are, who is proud of us, and who wants to spend time with us. Seriously, though, what part of your appearance bothers you, cuz I think, from your Avi, that you are really attractive. And you thinking you are "out of their league" is like saying that you are not good enough for the guys you are attracted to. How do you know that??? You need to feel comfortable in your own skin, and have the confidence that you are a very attractive young lady. im going through same as you trying to learn to love myself, its hard but just take it day to day. take time for yourself, do things you love and enjoy and know that when you are doing them they are good things so that makes you good too. pamper yourself some, i do, casue we deserve it :)
if we can help to make ourselves feel good then others will see it too. everything will be good within us, around us and all else will fall into place. hope that makes sense :) try not to focus on the neg but really see the pos in life. okay? i konw its hard but try try try... :)

one word "HOT" the boys should be so lucky to have you give them the time of day. its your body so OWN IT. one day you will see it, then it will be on. try to have fun, put yourself out there, and i bet you'll be pleasently suprised by the reaction you got. just allow yourself to see it. your gonna be fine i promise........
