Family & friends: anyone who has not been severely afflicted with depression don't get it. They never will until they are in that situation, so you need to just accept that. They don't understand the amount of pain, they crying, the wanting to drive your car over the edge.
It is understandable that you hate everything. Things I liked to do before my crash, I hate doing now. Even my taste in music changed.
People are on this site for help. Ask for it. There are plenty of people here that can help you and offer advice on how to cope. Sleeping through the pain is one good way. The less I had to think about stuff, the better. I was totally alone when I had my first crash for about 9 months. I survived, and you can too...even if it just one minute at a time.
Remember and practice tha art of positive thinking, and yeah, What is going on that is hurting you inside so much. Share with us what is happening in your life to hurt you like this please. We need to know the cause of the problem to help you find a solution o.k.
I am thinking about showing my doctor my journals as well. It's only 40 pages at 8pt font.
There are a lot of things in my journals that my doctor doesn't know about... my self harming for one.
I am hoping seeing this she can get me the help I need.
I am finding that with 100% honesty and bluntness is the only way I am going to get help.
You can do the same. It will help YOU more in the long run.
