I have been having problems with my major depression for more than 15 years. I feel so sad and lonely right now. I don't have a job or a boyfriend. I know what it's like loving someone that much. I am divorced. I used to love my ex, then I fell out of love with him after we developed so many problems. So, I left him. After 6 years, I am still alone. I tried dating but it didn't work very well. I found only 2 guys I really liked but the one moved out of the state and the other broke up with me. I was so depressed about both of those, but those were both about 6 years ago. I haven't had a boyfriend in my life for about 6 years now. I am so lonely. Which also means I haven't even so much as had sex in that long either. I am so frustrated and depressed about all that. I don't even have a job right now, so that just adds to the problem of depression.

Are you being EFFECTIVELY treated by the medical profession for your conditions? Just asking ... medical care does not necessarily bring happiness either, but it can HELP.

I think you need to change something. Whatever you are doing or NOT doing isn't working. See what you can assess from that.
Romance can be 'hard' to find, .. but happiness is easier when you know where to look.
Anyways though, I have that same problem, I am unemployed also so I have trouble meeting women as I don't have anywhere I really go to on a regular basis to meet someone with common interests or anything. I've tried dating sites and they just have not worked either, the loneliness is really just adding on to my depression as well. Are there any other problems that are possible for you to work on for now so you have something to focus on until you meet someone?
After the last one I suspect I never will again.
