Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
Sorry my friend, it saddens me to see you struggle. I wish there was something more I could do. We should just steal a pirate ship...they're plenty easy to maintain with enough rum :)
Hugguns you!
I have so much compassion for what you have written. At this point I feel the same way. I eat well, walk, meditate, listen to music, go to therapy, walk the beach to relax, etc. I just have to believe that this illness will be managed again for you, for me and everyone else.
I am sorry you feel this way, you are doing all the right things to get and stay well. I wish you so much wellness on your journey.
Please remember that you are loved and wanted. Please keep coming back here.

Maybe you need someone to listen hard......follow your progress, support you in your efforts. Sometimes it takes hearing things over and over again before it becomes part of you.
I never want to hear my therapist say that when I am in the midst of a crash. It would cause a crash. Leaving is something that you should bring up, I would think, not her.
YIKES !!!!!!!!!!!!
There is a new site on DS......turning Negative Thoughts Around. Wanna try it????
I have stopped the past few days, completely. It has been both nice and scary. Have to hate that potential for a complete and utter collapse.
