I feel more down today than I have in a long time and it scares me. I'm dealing with a lot of loneliness and add to that stress and anxiety, hanging with the wrong crowd, IBS, alcohol. If somebody could help me I could really use friends right now.

You can talk to me. I was in your shoes last week. I went to the hospital for four days for agressive work with my med, and since I've been back, I feel like the old me again. But, I have a great shoulder to lean on.

I am sorry your feeling down. Try to hang in there. I can lend a ear etc anytime you need/want. I will be sending you a hug also hope it helps.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
