My boyfriend is suicidal

On July 4th I was out of town and texting my boyfriend when he tried to commit suicide. It tore me apart. I love him more than anything and I want him to get help and he wants to get help too but we're both under 18 and his parents aren't caring for his needs. I don't know how to help him. I'm also struggling with issues of my own and somehow he always knows what to say to make me feel better. I want to do the same for him but I don't know what to say or do or even feel at this point. Any advice would be really nice.

So are you saying that he actually tried to commit suicide on July 4th and his parents did nothing about it?

You can call 911 and send them to his house for a Welfare Check, it doesn't matter how old he is. They'll make sure that he's okay and safe to stay in that environment,

Honey, find an adult to listen and help. Go to a teacher, a school counselor, your parents, an aunt ....uncle....somebody for help. Suicide is serious. Please don't try to handle this on your own. This is a suicide hotline 1-800-273-8255. ...please seek help for you and your boyfriend.
