2. swam twice to feel better, I will get a hair cut today
3. went shopping, took mom to food bank, cooked for hrs in the kitchen putting together a damn good meal (all that in the SAME day); gave support and good advice to my bf about his military career

I feel good knowing that I am content with where I have been and where I am going.
