I've never experienced this from warfarin but it could be from warfarin I suppose. But a lot of things can make you dizzy and tired. My allergies have kicked into high gear this last week and I feel like all I've been is tired, dizzy and generally not feeling a 100%.

Make sure you're staying good and hydrated as the warmer weather is setting in. I get the dizzy and tired thing when I'm not drinking enough water.

I suppose it could be warfarin, but there's a bazillion things that could result in dizzy/tired,so hard to say for sure.

I do have side effects from Warfarin, but dizziness usually isn't one, unless my INR is too high. I think the dehydration and allergies are probably pretty good possibilities.

That so happened to me for the whole 6 mos. i was on warfarin. and to pardon the poop( parden for the phrase) ;) , but had the odd diarrhea spell too And to had to have a nap, about an hour or two.

And for the paranoia comes regardless, knowledge is power. the more you know about your situation, it does help a little to relax the nerves, and puts things in a more fish bowl experience.

I was on Warf for a while and I was plagued with side effects from it. The reason I can assure that it was caused by it, is that once I was OFF of it( have been on Pradax for almost two years and did two other years on the trial for Pradax) all of the side effects disappeared.
I'm NOT saying that it can be like that for you, like others have said, in your case, it could be something entirely different.
But I would mention it to your Dr. that you have been having these side effects.

I had plenty of side effects on Warfarin - dizziness, cramps, hair loss, the shakes, being tired all the time, etc......on the injections now, don't have anywhere near as many problems.

Thanks everyone! Feel better now so not sure if it was that I was ill with something else or it was an allergy to the weather maybe! Wondering if it could've been the pink 5mg tablet too, as I decided a few days ago to make my dose up with 2 3mg tablets and 2 1mg tablets. Heard the pink dye can cause allergies! Possible coincidence I'm feeling well again now. I have no idea! Warfarin really messes you up!

I have never slept as soundly or as long (duration) as I have since starting on Warfarin! I can go to bed at 8 p.m. and sleep through until 5 a.m. It's amazing...
