Well I am feeling anixious and stressed so digging up the ativan. Haven't had to take one of them for awhile. Stupid body going against me....can't understand how after years and years of evolving our bodies mess up and make a mutant gene that works against and not for us.

I'm always amazed, given the complexities if the human body, that more things don't get messed up. You mentioned in another thread about maybe seeing a therapist. I hope you do that because it may help you work through things so you're not feeling so anxious.

Some years ago I went to a TMJ specialist and he said that I grinded my teeth. He asked me if I was stressed. I said, "are you kidding me"?
I have been stressed out my entire life. I had two alcoholic parents. I survived them. I had my first blood clot ten years ago and I survived that. I had my second clot 8 months ago and I am still alive and kicking. I decided to stop the Warfarin because my blood tests did not find a blood disorder. I need dental surgery and would have had to stop it anyway.
I see life as just an endless series of challenges. Sometimes it all gets to be too much but every day that I wake up is a brand new day and for that I am grateful.
Hang in there. If you have an illness that is manageable, then you are lucky as I know other people whose illnesses were terminal and they had no choice in the matter.

    We all have 24 hours in a day.  How we spend these hours is important.  Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do.  Gonna have to work on that.Your turn.  Tell me another truth.
