I take zanax if I have an attack, works best for me and no problem with not taking them. But never take them everyday like they say too.
when she tried to stop she used to shake like a rattle, they seemed to be worse than the booze.
They don't just dish them out like they used to now thank god!
Another thing which didn't help was the Mogadon at night to help her sleep The doc's just completely zombied her out.
I think with the panic attacks, they tell you to take the pills everyday no matter what they are. Then comes problems.
I went to a study down at Miami Jackson fo this years ago. It saved my life as far as I was concerned.I was in it a little over a year but I knew I had the real pill the second day cause no panic attacks.
Didn't have them again till all the problems in my life with daughter were upon me and then only a few attacks so I am happy for that. And now it is more anxiety the panic as befor...Oh to be stress free...
I don't like sleeping pills at all...I sleep walk with them, and that scares me...
I know for me when I was young the public schools made my mom give me Ritalin which is a bad and unsafe drug, might be why I am so much anti drugs; I would drink coffee to relax me and that was in school. I found when I drink coffee now which was too strong, I would get very tired and want to sleep a lot, but the problem with diabetics before I was taking Vitamins was I was tired a lot.
I know that some say Vitamin E is very healthy and then they said it will kill you and now they say if you take the right amount its good for you. I know my blood pressure will be higher for the time being and I have found if I don't drink too much, my blood pressure is better with green tea, but I haven't done a lot with the coffee, but all things which cause harm to the harmful drugs are said to be bad.
I love the pep I get from the Coffee and Tea, but there are things in the good versions of it for me and I love all of the non MD things I have learned about the benefits. If I want to get drugs, I can ask about drugs, but if I want good health, I have sources which share the good news.
I did read the messages and it was good to see many points of view about Coffee and Tea, I don't think this will do away with my diabetics, but I know my grandfather was big into drinking Tea very much. I can honestly say that I like to go through a day and only take one nap or not take any at all if possible.
Merry Christmas!
In Christ, Vernon
