No sugar , the only way i like it is with salt.
I blame it on my mother, she loved salt, ate it by the hand full and of course seasoned everything with it:)

I've tried to lose the salt shaker because of high blood pressure too. My parents both salted everything on their plates before even tasting it. I got it honestly!

We had huge salt shakers and always had to be refilled. I dont even have salt in the house.

I have a brother in law who spent 30 years in the navy is in his 70's eats whatever he wants, salts everything and his blood pressure is to low according to his doctor.
Makes me wonder how much diet has to do with it.

Please know that I sent the email to you Hoops because your a blessing to me and I care about you. I hate for people to nag me and tell me what to do, but I try to focus on how I care about them. The Bible says, "Let brotherly love continue" and that is how I make the effort to show it to you.

I do volunteer work at my temple one or two days a week and the woman who runs the office is 66 years old, eats only the skin of chicken, not the chicken; only eats at McDonalds, KFC, enormous portions of cake every day. Everyone in her family ate the same and lived to their mid 90s. She doesnt have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, no diabetes, not overweight. ITS CALLED GOOD GENES, PERIOD.

me, too. Yesterday this woman had her grandchildren with her. Menu: McDonald's chicken nuggets and 2 orders of fries each. Anyone jealous ?????????????????

I'd give my right arm if I could eat nuggets and 2 orders of fries...
