I love and reccommend Dr Oz and The Doctors although they seem to focus too much on girls and I am NOT a girl although they have both helped me a great deal. May all of you at least try these shows on TV.

A doctor knows absolutely nothing about diabetes compared to us but then again what does Paula Dean know - 130 grams of fat - 75 carbs ?
