But it may not be down to the chromium
I know if I mention it to the doc i'll just get a grunt ( heard it all before) I will give it a try for a couple of months and check my diary for any blood glucose falls
My last Hba1c was 7.1 so it would be good for something easily available to get it down.
Lesa - there are articles pro and con about the dangers of chromium, I'm on it about a year now (500 mg a day) and so far so good. The usual dosage for aternative medicine is 200 mg,
this may have happened anyhow due to other things or just coincidence
and you can' do a double blind trial on yourself
So generally you have to take the word and recommendations of the companies selling the stuff
Its a bit like asking a Banker what the best deal on a loan would be
I guess this qualifies me to go on the Suckers list
but i'll give anything a try, oh and I am an occasional cinnamon Honkey
