Yay! A fellow sucker for the green coffee extract! I have lost a few pounds these last two weeks. Not sure which thing is responsible though. i do the apple cider vinegar too, and try to walk as often as my legs will let me.

A Friend of mine goes to an alternative doctor and buys all kinds of pills potions and lotions
he looks ,and says he feels good

But there is no way of knowing how he's be without all the stuff Maybe even better as he'd have a lot more cash to spend!

I use the Apple Cider Vinegar although I mix it with plenty of water and it's still VERY STRONG. I find it has helped my blood sugar to go down for myself and yet I need to brush my teeth more often also. I will talk more about these things when I can, since I was sending a message to two friends of mine.

Unicorn, I hope I didn't hurt you with my comments, since I was afraid of how you would respond, but I have some good news from my point of view, I was taking a lot of Chromium and then I cut back on them and my blood sugar went up and then I decided to show faith and take much less to the point I am now taking 1.6mg when I eat meals and my blood sugars have come down and although not as fast as I would like, I am learning to take it easy and not expect fast results and besides this, I don't want kidney and liver problems.

The Chromium I take are with 800mcg which is nearly 1 mg each and they are cheaper per mg.

I need to get myself more of the Apple Cider Vinegar since it's good for Cholestrol from what I heard.

I take 500mcg in the AM and then a combo pill of cinnamon and chromium (200mcg) at night but I think what I'm taking is way too much.

Thank-you for sharing how much you take with me Unicorn since I like to keep updated with all of us. There are many or a few kinds of Chromium so I was interested in the chemical name for the one you take.
