Not staying signed in is a big reason I don’t come here very often anymore.
They often advise using a different browser. We shouldn't have to add or change browsers to use just ONE website. I already use two browsers and will not add another. I've been reporting that I use these same two browsers for years.
There are other old stock ds responses - this is one they use for many of the ds'created issues:
clear cookies and cache. BTDT, doesn't help. Besides, the whole idea of cookies is so that its easier to sign in and stay signed in! Clearing them means we have to sign in again.
Another one they've used since their first platform change 6 or 7 years ago that resulted in a good number of us not getting email alerts. That advice was to change email addresses. That didn't work either.
FYI this issue (plus many others) has happened to me on no less than 4 different devices (3 laptops, 1 desktop), 3 windows OS and 1 mac.
Doesn't matter whether browser of OS are updated or not. IT never fixes the problem. That's because the problem isn't on our end. ds should work on older browser versions. Not everyone has newer devices and not all older devices can handle newer OS versions.
When will ds admit that the problem is on THEIR end? When one points their finger at another in blame, they need to look down at their hand to see that there are THREE fingers pointing back at THEM.
