Running Slowly?

Boy that little circle thing keeps going around and around and around with not much happening. Is it DS? Or is it my computer? This is making me nuts....

Anyone else?

I've only just started having problems and I use Windows 7. I don't think it's the cache either (I keep things clear) so I'm at a loss.

DS seems slow to me too, at the moment. Long time to go from page to page.

yep tried both ie and firefox and both are slow with ds and not any other site

Had the SIL who's a computer geek check to make sure it wasn't my system or Firefox.. nope he says its all DS. Hope they fix it soon.. its been getting slower and slower.................................

this is the first time today I've been able to navigate any further than about 2 pages before it just hangs. it was terrible yesterday too.

DS has been slow off & on, especially yesterday & last night. Even got a DS screen that said they'd be back as soon as they could. I think that the problem has got to be that their servers can't handle the traffic. Just MHO.

i had another member tell me that it is taking minutes literally to switch from one group to another and i've seen multiple hugs given out when it is only suppose to be one.

I think DS just has way to many animated pop up ads and it slows everything down..........now I am no computer geek......and that is just MHO.......but I know I don't have the same problem on the Chef's boards I visit..................

Seems like it all about $$$$ to DS now...not really about support.............

I mean how can ya get "support" if ya can't even navigate the site????????

Ok SO DS - are you all listening? This is driving the members nuts - can you expand your memory or something? It can't cost that much and it is really necessary. At least something is necessary - it makes our experiences here annoying - not good for a support site - you know?

Sorry I am just now getting back. Firefox is having issues with every site with running slowly or just freezing all together and not responding.

    I find myself going places in the car and not wanting to get out of the car. I come back home and I don't want to get out of the car.
