Hi everyone.
I could really use some advice on whether or not my symptoms are caused by poor circulation.
My hands, feet , and arms get cold and numb VERY easliy even from just laying on my side for 5-10 minutes. My blood pressure is always pretty low but nothing alarming. I wake up every morning with really bad pain in my calves. I also get light headed and feel faint when standing up at times. I also get a fuzzy feeling in my brain at random times throughout the day. Starting to get concerned. I also get really bad pains in my left arm, plus I notice that my heart tends to beat VERY strongly during and after eating, but also at random times during the day. Could really use ANY advice on this. I am thinking about taking a herbal supplement to help circulation but I wanted to make sure this is what I have and that the supplement is safe.
Thanks!!
Ben

Now that I am not talking to my whatever best friend, I realized that her life is full of drama. I had grown tired of hearing her stories about her boyfriend many months ago. She basically had been monopolizing conversations for that long too. She pretty much stopped asking me questions about me. I passed her in front of her classroom the other day and didn't even look at her. I am...

Your symptoms can be from any of dozens of conditions though and the best is to see a doctor.
Another good source of information BUT NOT A DOCTOR'S ADVICE is to google 'poor circulation'.
Good luck.
When in doubt, see the professionals.
Doctors we are not...
You need to inform a doctor of what you have posted .. and I would not dally in so doing
It may all turn out to be something simple and nothing to worry about, but that's enough unusual symptoms to warrant having a professional evaluate them.
A good idea would be to print this list of symptoms out and take it to the doctor's with you and let him or her read it.
You'd be surprised how easy it is to not remember everything you wanted to tell the doctor about.
You need to watch it with herbal supplements.
Even an herbal supplement that is 'safe' for the average person can be the worst thing in the world for someone who has something wrong with them.
I recently found out I have a condition that means I can no longer take aspirin, NSAIDs, certain herbal supplements and a whole bunch of other stuff, actually.
You DO need to see a doctor, and I hope that you do so!!!
Thanks everyone for the advice. You all are right.
What I find helpful before I go to the doctor is to write my symptoms down with some details, so note how long you've had the symptoms, are they constant or random, at certain times of the day, or after certain activities, etc. That helps make the most out of your visit so you don't forget anything. I can't tell you how many times I've walked out of a doctor's office going, UGH I FORGOT TO ASK THAT.
Good luck to you and let us know how everything goes, ok?
Regardless, do not delay in having your symptoms checked out and the underlying cause identified.
Wishing you the best,
