Not specifically this group but another group on DS gave me a lot of emotional support when I was recovering from a serious health issue. It meant a lot to me. That was back in 2007 and I’m still here, haha!

Not this group. The anxiety group. Dealing with my husband in the
hospital after a stroke. Helping me deal with my mother and brother.
That was almost four years ago.

There are over 500 groups here. You can participate in anyone of them based on your interests or if there is none available pertaining to your specific interest, then you can start your own community group..

You can write daily journals and publish them to everyone or just friends or you can make them private so that only you can see them. The community group is for discussing things about the other groups or about DS in general. Once in a great while, someone from Sharecare, the company that owns Dailystrength, will pop in to say Hello!

Welcome to DS! If you have any questions you can ask here. There are many members willing to help but you can't be afraid to ask!
