I need to get a new password every time I log on. Perhaps the system does not like my password?

What about people with old email addresses who cannot access their account to change the password? These bugs should have been fixed before you thought about going live

What is confusing is that there is not an activity feed within each group? All I can see is an activity feed for ALL on DS. I hope that we will be able to log into our group(s) and see the activity feed that is pertinent just to the group or groups that we have joined. I understand that a change such as this takes time.

If you are logged in the link will be broken, if you are not it will work, not ideal I know we are working on many things right now. Please be patient with us why we work through the issues. We will get to all of them.

I was not logged in...... same problem with the password.

I reported the problem with the password...I know they are probably super overwhelmed right now, but I wanted to make sure it was a known issue.

There are so many huge problems with this site, even more than the test site. My newsfeed is showing posts from people I have no idea who they are and groups i do not belong to, The profile page they were 'building' is not working. Many friends lost their account and i am seeing accounts listed i know are closed. I understand there will be bugs, but there are banned users whos profiles are back, journals set to friends are showing up public HORRIBLE. These things should have been fixed before sharecare launched this site. HUGE problems. People already addressed these issues on the beta site and they were told "its being fixed" but it was not before they hit the go button with happy pants on. The lack of response on the beta site leaves the comment of r'est assured we are working on it ' ' with a bad taste in my mouth.

What "genius" thought this new site would be a GOOD idea? I'd really love to know. Well? Who was it? You have destroyed people's support network. Do you CARE?

With all due respect "Theresab2", I'm out of patience. But thanks for asking. I see your mood shows as "excellent". Congratulations on being the only one on here. Do any of you "TEAM" members have chronically debilitating and/or deadly illnesses? You all can't even get the log in right. Why should we trust you? One of the most BASIC things...logging in. Hmmmm.....why don't YOU try to be patient while this blows up in your face.

withstand, as far as I can tell I don't even have a news feed. I am also seeing accounts I know are closed, and groups I do not belong to. I removed myself from the groups I do not belong to.

I'm sorry, but signing us out after an hour of inactivity and then us having to have you send us an email so we can reset our password is beyond an inconvenience!!! It's physically hard (as in PAINFUL) on the fingers, hands, arms, shoulders, neck and back! And that's only one of the myriad of issues that has to do with the more than cumbersome navigation. :-((

Atleast now that I have to reset my password every time I log on, I figured out I don't have to use a new one cause I was running out of ideas. I just ' reset' the same password every time and it works. I did see on another post that Wandering Vet said he thought this ' reset password' to log in would be fixed possibly by today or tomorrow? Let's hope! I have several friends who I've spoken to who still haven't had any luck logging in because the share care ' reset password' link doesn't work. Guess I'm one of the lucky ones. :P
