Hugs and messages

I have tried to delete old hugs and messages. In doing so, I have found over 609 hugs that were saved from 9 or more years ago. WHY. I have no need for these. And, when I try to delete them, I run into different issues. One is an error message. Another is a few of the hugs, especially from deleted users, go to my hugs list as if member just sent them. 


Again, I ask WHY? surely I'm not the only one with this issue.

I've tried to delete,some,stuff,too and am not having any luck so far. There must be a way?

Sorry to hear you're having problems deleting content. For technical support, please reach out to our support team so that they can work with you individually to assist you. To do so:

- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Help/FAQ”.
- Click on the “Submit a Request” link.
- Provide as much information in the form as possible (including the browser you are using).

I would love to delete the notifications. Is there a way to do that. Oh, my notifications are stuck on 7 showing. I had this on the old DS, but with 2. They finally disappeared on their own, after 2 or 3 years.

You surely not the only one with this problem. I cannot delete hugs, messages or groups. I have thousands of messages and hug but to delete them it seems like have to delete them one at a time. Can you imagine how long that would take?

Why are all the messages way over to right of the page and not on top of the reply? I keep forgetting to look right so all I see is a blank sckoll. Guess I need to get use to it and remember that not everything is as it should be around here.

I find this is a problem with my phone. Especially the first post on any format. Groups, journal, everything. Even pics and comments.

Can you comment on this, TeamDS?

@teamds, people have been reporting it for weeks. No response or what you're telling people to do isn't working.

@Hope - We are definitely aware of the problem with messages moving over to the right of the page. It's not happening for everyone, but we feel we know what browsers it is happening in and why, and we're working on a fix.
