I am doing the Courage to Heal Book and I am at the part of doing a Eurlogy towards my abusers. Has anyone did a eurlogy before about anything?

Do you mean 'eulogy'?

"A eulogy (from , eulogia, Classical Greek for "good words") is a speech or writing in praise of a person or thing, especially one recently deceased or retired"

If that is what you mean, I would not eulogize an abuser.

YES--I mean eulogy and I plan not to do it. It would be to much for me.

No I have never done that but I have consciously forgiven them as for me not to do so was eating me as a person up inside.

That doesn't mean that I forget just that I stop letting them run my life and keep abusing me each and every day. BTW it took me a very long time to get to that point where I could do it.

Hang in there and when they time is right you will be able to let go and move on without them constantly affecting your life.
