And if they don't---- why not? Sometimes an answer (even if it's 'we're trying to fix this') will be satisfactory. Or is that too much to ask---- a refreshing bit of responsibility and honesty.

Sometimes. They are 'better' at reading feedback and abuse forms though.
Kinda sad really..............cause, speaking for myself, I hear a LOT of "issues" and so I bring them here.......but many other "members" just gripe about them on their forums/groups/emails, etc.......but don't come here to Vent.........
Sometimes I think DS thinks its only us "handful" of people (that come here) that are "complainers"...............in reality......folks just leave.......... (remain members - but don't come here anymore).......and find sumptin else.......
Me......I keep coming back..........LOL
But if things don't get better I will just not bother coming back - I hope that it will change - but pretty sure we are stuck in time warp - at least for the foreseeable future.

NOT good enough IMO and I think many will just give up as most of the sites I join return the activation within less than an hour.............

Debbear........you know the regular and loyal peep's will never leave. Count me as one of them.
I can see that really is not very good. I expect activation e-mails within 5 mins. Especially for a support group that is a must.
