Okay so on this support site I see an add that says

Unthinkable Poised to Happen Prophetic Economist Issues Warning

okay

Now while I see this in the War & Terrorism group and maybe we have tougher hides in there than some still this is pretty scary stuff to be on a support site

Just my two cents a bit tongue in cheek - but still a little strange, imo

Alrighty - now I have Deborah "The Supermom" and Mormon "expanding" across my computer screen when my cursor comes anywhere near the left hand lower corner of the page on DS.

This is interesting stuff.

If you would like to abolish ADs from websites you visit .. tell me what browser you use and I will tell you how to do it.

I THINK you have a MAC .. and if you use FIREFOX .. there is an add-on that hides almost ALL advertisements on most every webpage.

It is called Adblock .. and like I said .. it is a Firefox 'add-on.

There is also a way to do it with Internet Explorer (Windows).

Thank you WV - you are very right - I do have a MAC and I do use firefox. I will find the Adblock and load it.

This really does amuse me however. But best to get rid of the of nuisance. Thanks.

Come to Canada. We get almost no ads. I guess we are not important enough to target. I use a Mac and Safari. I always appreciated that DS was almost ad free.

I did a survey in one of my private groups, and the variety of what people were seeing on the same page was enormous. Scares me what they do with tracing and targeting these days.
