We just never know what the person sitting next to us
Has endured in life
We have no clue what their journey is all about
We might know their names, their title at work
But we don’t know their story
Some are at their lowest in life
Some have been crushed by life so many times
It is a tough journey
A journey un-known
Packed with fear and tear
Words hold so much power
To change the word
To change the person
To save a life
To soothe a wretched soul
To save a marriage
Let your mouth be filled with love
Let encourage be at the the tip of your tongue
Let’s holds hands and walk the walk
Let’s make a difference
The life you touch will touch a life
Don’t be quick to judge
Bad words are like swords, so sharp they cut into the hearts
They kill other’s confidence
They kill their hope, and hope is all everyone has
Words are never forgotten
They hurt
Speak hope to others
Fill their days with encouragement
Give them hope

Everyday I feel more and more sick. Being in pain every day, I've learned to disguise it. So well that others don't believe my pain when I speak of it. Needing help but only receiving negative responses, I find my way but pay for it later. I absolutely need the rest but there's pressing things to be done.

Ugh my depression is really being triggered by the grief of losing my mom. Ugh it sucks. I wish this pain would leave me already.
