http://www.wheatgrass.com/t-nutritional-analysis-wheat-grass.aspx It is considered a food, even in this form, not a supplement, so that's why I tried it. As a vegetarian, I'm trying to get most of my nutrition from raw whole foods. If you have a problem eating raw veggies, this might be worth trying. A teaspoon in water is supposed to be more nutritious than a plate of spinach. Ideally, fresh juiced wheat grass is supposed to be the best, but I'm too lazy to grow it and juice it myself.

I don't know what I'll do if I ever go into a bad flare, maybe only cooked veg? For now, I feel great eating.
Thanks for all the advice it is much appreciated
