My husband is 63, has crohns, uses insulin and is having trouble walkin, balance is "off". He says he is weak. He has used humira for 12 weeks, please advise. I am new to this type of forum so please be patient.

I've been on Humira for about 16 months...and I never experienced anything like that. My husband takes insulin, and he gets weak when his sugar is very low...he can always tell that is the problem before he checks it.

Hope he gets to feeling better. Maye you better call your doctor?

Thanks so much for your reply. He has been on the Humira for 12 weeks, insulin since August.
He continues to work (teach) but it is a real struggle. He has an appointment with a neuroligist for SEPTEMBER. His GP says it is neuropothy from the diabetes but his sugars have never been lower. SO frustrating.
