I am 3 days into the Specific Carbohydrate Diet and have had no relief from diarrhea. I was diagnosed with crohn's back in 2001 and had my 3rd surgery 3 weeks ago(June 3rd, 2009). They supposely removed all the diseased part which is great news but I havn't been able to get my diarrhea under control. I continue to lose weight and have very little energy. I am currently at 105 lbs which is the lowest I have been. I believe I am getting enough calories in on the diet. I also should mention that I've tested negative for C-Diff. Any suggestions???
It usually takes me two to three weeks for the D to subside.
Is your turkey processed in any way, like added juices or anything?
There might be sugar in it.
Beans are a definite deal breaker. ;-) "
