im then eating bananas and either mango in a smoothis, or with apple or pear. or just a melon. then in the evening i make a big soup of sweet potatoes, carroy butternut squash, celery and a potatoes, with vegetable stock.
i find this is the most nourishing diet. a vegan diet i believe is the way to go. with the occasional bit of meat and dairy, but kept to a mininum.
im rearing to go and get better.
im going to start tai chi soon too. as it works on the concept of blocked energy or tension causing illness. this makes sense to me as i suffer from anxiety and always have tension in the stomach which i strongly believe is causing my ilness. i dont think it was any coincidence that i was doing exams and was stressed when i got the flare up.
