Can you take some vitamin B12? Iron levels ok? Your body will take time to adjust and catch up on its rest and sleep. Nurture yourself and take things slowly. It's normal to feel scared and stressed out when the body doesn't bounce back immediately. being in hospital can be stressful and traumatic. Be kind to yourself and give it time. *hugs*
I know that things are tough right now, I really do, but they'll get better. They always get better.

i just had surgery, 3 weeks ago on wednesday. i was there for 10 days! i hear you about not sleeping! my sleep schedule was all messed up for about a week. enjoy the time you have off work, i go back tomorrow from my sick leave. what were you in the hospital for? that's so sad, i hate being sick! hope you a good nights sleep! and don't worry if you get up a couple times at night. did you have a book or puzzle book you were doing in the hospital? i got up a few times at 4 in the morning, you know, when they would come in and get blood work??? i would get my book, sit in the futon in the other room and read. guess what? i got to see a beautiful sunrise one morning! i was so glad to be at home, and see such a beautiful sight! just take it moment be moment for a couple days. the beauty of life will return to you :)
