man... i am really missing potatoes right now, because about 3 weeks ago, i had some fries, and had a small "thing" happen for a few hours... then a few days later, i had mashed potatoess... and again, a few hour thing... and i was getting suspicious at this time, so i had a baked potato... and well, yeah, again a thing... so i have now eliminated potatoes from my diet... and i am really missing 'em... that is the entire point of this post... just bitchin...

Good for you finding a problem food. It is hard, but you eventually quit missing foods.

Potatoes, Hummmmmmmm. I always found mashed 'taters a comfort food but most of the time I get sick no matter what I eat. I am pretty reactive to all fried foods, but love 'um. Are you putting butter and/or sour cream on your baked 'tater? Maybe you are Lactose intolerant (dairy)? I used to be and stayed away from all dairy products, which helped. well, i am not lactose intolerant, thoguh i have found that my body is in love with soy milk, but yeah, i trie the whole loactose thing, and it is not a trigger for me gut...

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
