If he's lacking iron in his blood, which I'm assuming that's what you mean with the 7.7, he can take ferrous sulfate or something like that. Iron supplement. Since every case is different, I'd have him talk to his doctor about the iron before he actually starts taking it. I take it, but I have to take 2 a day. Sometimes with my Crohn's it will give me some issues, but you hafta weigh the effects on your own if you think it's worth it or not.
if your son is 21, not to sound mean, but he's got to realize that with a condition like ours you have to eat some things that are GOOD for u... even tho they may not TASTE to good!!!! does he drink aloe vera juice? helped alot of people on here but does not taste good at all...
