Good news from my perspective, saw my doc today and he was very receptive to trying the transplant. Jan 20 is D-Day or poo-day or whatever you want to call it. He has never done it before and has to research the procedure and come up with the proper protocol, Including testing my donor and myself. I will have a colonoscopy and endoscopy the same day and after the colonoscopy that is when the transplant will take place.
Until then I have been put on Dificid to try an eliminate the C. Diff infection that the Vancomycin cannot conquer this time around. Very happy that this is going to be administered by a pro rather than doing it myself. Excited about the possibility of this eliminating my ongoing C. Diff infection once and for all. Will post the results afterwords whether good or bad, hoping for the best. Charlie

A fecal transplant (FT) pretty much saved my uncle's life. He had the C. diff colitis infection and was in progressive decline. About 3 days after the FT he started feeling normal again. get the word out!
