I am a newbie!
I have been sick for a year now with doctors just pushing antibiotics down my throat because they were guessing.
I went to see a private doctor and he finally sent me for an ultrasound
(I had really bad abdominal pains mainly on the right side, from lower to the upper. diarrhoea. extreme nausea with never any vomiting, extreme period pains and periods, very bad fatigue, constipation, stomach was tender to touch.) Anyway in the end they discovered I had endometeriosis, so had surgery to cut it out. Thought my life would go back to normal because my quality of life was absolutely terrible.
Well I went back to university hoping for a new lease of life, but unfortunately i am still very sick. i am nauseas a lot, i get really bad abdominal pains in my lower right abdomen (which i thought was the endo coming back) and in my upper right abdomen radiating to my back. i also have dagger like and dull pains near my navel. i have very fatigued and have had bouts of diarrhoea and constipation for 3 weeks. I have had no blood, i just feeeeeel awful. i constantly feel full and needing to "go". O and i have never had as much gas as i have had in the past 3 months. i have put in quite alot of pain but i think thats because of the pill i am on for endometeriosis.
that was basically a long story cut down really short hehe.
had an ultrasound and the results showed a thickening of the terminal ileum wall. i am seeing a gastroenterologist this week, but was wondering if the ultrasound findings clearly mean i have either UC/CD??
any advice or anyone who experienced these symptoms would be great. i am totally in the dark. thanks guys :)

also does anyone experience rapid heart rate and palpitations when they have a sudden onset of symptoms? thanks guys for your help, i really am new to all this, and i just want to get it sorted. so many of my old general doctors told me i had IBS without even checking me or anything and threw pills at me. i just want to get my life back. and enjoy the rest of university.
When I first got diagnosed with this, I was dying scary thin, but after I got it more under control I gained more weight and look healthy. I have seen obese people that have my disease.... and really its all a matter of if you have health insurance and how far you let the disease go before treatment.
another quickie, did anyone have a lil trouble..peeing.. i mean not not being able to but sometimes it's a lil harder then it should be. would something be slightly hindering it, and also i have to pass gas everytime i go.
i can't quite believe i am talking about this haha. it can be quite liberating.
