I'm lucky though. Red or white is usually fine, as long as it's only a glass or two. My problem is more with meds than with UC itself. I'm on so many pain killers that I rarely have the opportunity to enjoy a glass or two of wine anymore. Say I have a bottle of beer or one glass of wine... I feel as though I've had a six pack. I drink so little these days that even a small amount hits me hard. I even have the killer hangover the next day, from one drink!!! Wahhh :(
How safe is it to have say *1* glass of white wine on these medications? Just from the medication point of view, not so much the intestinal ramifications which I can guess at... :S
