Hi Everyone,
I have gotten to the point of discussing surgery with my doctor. The only drugs that have really worked for me are steroids, and I've been on them too long now. So, the next obvious step is surgery. I'm debating whether or not to go with the j-Pouch or colostomy, with leaning toward colostomy. Any ideas or suggestions? Perhaps someone has had one or experienced complications? Would love to hear feedback. Thanks:)

To Debbie, I'm sorry you had to go through all that, but glad you knew to demand what you needed. So often some doctors don't take us seriously. I don't know what is going on with them.
