So, I'm at the tail end of a flare and I've started eating foods that I ate when I was in remission. So far, so good. But for dinner I had a chicken sandwich that had bacon & mayo in it, along with tomato & lettuce. Now I'm freaking out that I could've made a mistake....I'm trying not to overreact; there's nothing I can do about it now!

It may or may not bother you so don't get too worked up about it. How will you if it's going to be a problem unless you eat it, right? If it does bother you, then you deal with it. If not, that's a win.

Think you are over reacting and are going to be worried about your condition everyday. You had bleeding and listen to your GI and get a colonoscopy check up so you not be freaked out over everything.
