Hi everyone,
This is the first time that I have my own 'set' of anitbiotics, the generic form of Levaquin called Levo Flaxcin. I do know its a 10 day script.
Question: I've started a bit of congestion in the middle of my chest and it I can't seem to cough it out and I'm feeling flu like symtoms. Do I need to start the antibiotics now?

The usual dose for Levaquin is 10 days. I always finish the prescribed dosage on all of my meds. Z-pack is usually 5 days. I've never been prescribed a nebulizer or prednisone to keep at home. I've been prescribed prednisone but only to take them and finish the dosage. You always seem to feel better on the third day. Hope all is well and thank you for the great advice.
