Try to take a little nap during to day (before 3pm) maybe that will help you until your sleep study is complete.
Hang in there it will get better. I to suffer from sleep apnea and I have found that if I wash the mask once a week with baby soap it seems to seal better. I also make it very tight, almost to the point of uncomfortable. Please take care, Bill
Has the Dr ever given you something to help you relax at night. i know I take Xanax and it does help. Good luck and try and take a nap during the day. You need your rest
God bless
I know that we need our rest, but I've found lately, the longer I do stay in bed, that my other issues, like the arthritis and pain in my back, knees and hips gets worse. It really does help to move around more. So, i'm going to try to do that today. Plus, I'm going in to see Val today, and she always keeps me moving for sure! She is really good for me!
Hope you went back to bed Deb!

Even at the sleep lab, I was on 2 liters, but she had to bump me up to 3 liters, cause i went down too low. Can't wait to get my new mask fitted, as I think this will help my breathing a lot. Not that I like having it on my nose and mouth , but if it will help me sleep better, I will get used to it again.
