Thanks, Holly. It's easy to forget these tips from time to time. One of the tips I do is the laundry stuff and it is soo much easier! I don't have the dry up high yet, so I ask my husband to unload it andI do it at the table. Lifting was the hardest thing to change for me. I had a horrible time not lifting my grandchildren. Now I sit and they come to sit with me!

Thanks Holly, this is a really helpful list. Yes, it seems like I constantly have to make adjustments and think of new ways of doing things.

One thing that I did that may be helpful to others, is that I installed a magnifying mirror in my bathroom over the sink. The mirror is on a folding arm, so that I can bring the mirror to me, instead of leaning so far to see what I'm doing. Very helpful for things like putting on makeup, plucking eyebrows, etc.

Shopping can be so tiring. I usually shop with hubby, so that he carries in the bags, but even then I have to limit how much we do. And he drops me off and picks me up at the entrances. There are days when those motorized carts look awfully good, although I haven't tried one yet.
