Would someone please invent or tell me if they have ever heard of an invention that is inexpensive and will let you reel your string out as you go and reel it back up as you move from room to room? I get so upset with the knots and the kinks that need to be straightened out constantly and the business of coming to a sudden halt that jerks your ears off because your string is stuck on something that it actually makes my breathing worse.
I believe we had some discussion on the site at one time about that coiled tubing and everyone seemed to feel it was a waste of money and in adddition much heavier than our regular tubing. Since I've been told by my supplier than we should change our tubing fairly often it also could get very expensive so I've stayed away from that solution.
The kitchen is the worst room in the house for problems. Has anyone ever tried to count the number of times they turn to the left then turn to the right while moving from stove to fridge to counter to sink to cupboards, etc. By the time I've finished a meal I'm nothing but a bunch of knots.

#1 looks cool, but wow! the price, installing it & i wonder if being up off the floor would stop the condensation that i get in my lines using the humidifier bottle,or if the bends would collect the water & stop up the line.
#2 is like what i use, but mine has the plastic strip with a snap that goes thru an ID card. like i said, those come in a box of 12 for around 5 bucks at walmart.
#3. toward the bottom of the page is the "PowerCurl Macbook Cord Wrap" that kind of looks like a simple version of the thing yesterday that reeled in the line as you walked.
interesting subject to see what we all do & handy hints of how to live on a leash (that's how i feel with mine on anyway)
