More great info Holly - it will help the newly diagnosed and some not so newly diagnosed.

Our medicines do change over the course of our illness and sometimes we get new medicines added but not always explained about the order to take them or even what they do.

Thanks Holly. I was using my meds correctly and did not even know it. Only exception, is once in awhile I use my rescue inhaler before my other meds. Article says to take two hours before, or after Advair and Spiriva.

I appreciate this info. It appears I was not taking my Spiriva and Xopenex in the right sequence. I might be able to breathe a little easier knowing now that all is in correct order.

Really interesting...I knew to use the short acting first, but never two hours before. (Ahhh..the things our docs never tell us...well, me, anyway!) This is a good link to keep for future reference. Much appreciated!
