Hi Hanko, That is good to know. I still have insurance through my wife's job but even those co-pays are getting pretty obnoxious. Do they need our doctor's prescriptions or do they sell without them? Thanks!

Charlie, I am not trying to horn in on Hanks answer, your question was for him.

ADC does have a place on the form you fill out that asks for prescriptions (do you have one for this) and just write yes and that is it. They say you can fax one in but no one ever does, and they never ask.

It takes about 3-4 weeks to get your stuff, so have some handy.

I had been on the Spiriva capsule for the past 6-7 years. My Pulm switched me over to the mist about 2 months ago. I really prefer the mist over the capsule. Two puffs once a day. She also put me on Breo, which I've never taken before (1 puff once a day). One of them is causing me to have more difficulty with talking. It's not laryngitis, but I have to either whisper or strain my throat to talk in a normal tone. I hate that part, but I love the way I can breathe again with my new meds!

I get my spiriva thru the company & it's time I re-order---I'm curious to try the inhaler if it is that much better (I have had a problem with getting "empty" pill i think too)
Does the dr have to write a whole different perscription for the respimat or can a person just ask for the different one at the pharmacy???

(I don't do ADC so need info from someone on how to switch a year perscription to the different form of delivery)
