Haven't switched over to Respimat system yet.
I use spiriva with no problems. My pulmonologist told me the other spiriva is better if the capsule spiriva causes you to have a dry mouth

At first it seemed I was not getting anything, because you very seldom taste anything, or feel the mist. So I called spariva, and they said I was for sure getting my dose, and if sometimes I see mist coming out when I inhale, that just means my lungs were not empty enough to hold it all, so I should make sure to take a deep breath then let it all out.
You have a bit if assembly to do, but it is simple and if I can do it, anyone can. I feel you would like it so much better than powder.

The gold standard COPD treatment includes at least 1 steroid med..SO i now have to take another puffer primary made for Asthma to prevent allergies...its called Alvesco..
Having said that we are on a different continent and always do things differently.....LOL..

I was on the $54 per midi of Xopenex inhaler and bought some of the generic from ADC (LEVOLIN) as my rescue and seems to work just as well for about $6.00.
