I get like that with ALL of my inhalers from time to time, When I try to get that "extra good" deep inhale....

I am kind of like JeniRose. When I try to get that deep puff, sometimes it does that. But not every time. I take a pill that one of the side effects is dizzyness.

It has happened with other inhalers also but not as much. I guess I'm just trying to get greedy and get every speck of meds down deep.

my guess would be that when we breathe in so deeply we disrupt the air exchange that our lungs are struggling to manage already so the results could be light headiness.

If I am having a bad breathing day, I try not to take such a deep breath and I slow the inhale and hold it longer before the exhale.

i did when i first started using it, but now it doesn't seem to affect me.
i think the hardest part for me is the "inhale slowly & deeply & hold for 5 to 10 seconds"
before i can do it the second time i have to gasp & get my breath back.
ah the changes we go thru. & i used to love to swim underwater & hold my breath for a long time; now just doing my inhaler gets me.
be careful!!! & be sure to sit down (& don't drive) when you are doing it kitten!

Yep I get that from time to time especially when I try to get a real deep breath and hold for possibly longer than my lungs like but it doesn`t last for very long. Just sit down and let it pass

Jarca, I know what you mean. Some days i have trouble getting the meds way down deep....especially in the AM but i use it before i leave for work.
I liked the old inhaler meds that had that "umph" when used unlike these that you have to do all the drawing in. Sometimes I need a little help with getting it all the way down. What a shame that we've been causing global warming with our old inhalers that worked better
